The standard Glade Group service is split into four areas:
The Supply of Containers and Bins
We are able to offer a variety of containers to suit your
individual needs. These can be smaller bins for location within
individual offices or larger containers for external use.
They are available in a variety of colours and can even be
provided with your own logo.
Standard bins and containers are provided as part of the service,
although subject to payment of a deposit. If non-standard
items are required, you can purchase or hire these from us.
Collection and Delivery
Glade Group will deliver the bins and containers required
by our customers, using our own liveried vans. Our standard
service will stop at the "back door". Any collection of waste
for recycling within a customer's building is the customer's
responsibility.
The frequency of collections will be decided on in advance.
The standard range of options will be weekly, bi-weekly, monthly,
bi-monthly or quarterly.
Sale of Recycled Goods
As well as collecting waste for recycling, our vans will deliver
recycled goods. At present, this is restricted to laser cartridges.
However, we hope to expand the range in the near future.
Measurement, Reporting and Certification
Once collected, all waste is returned to our base where it
is measured and the volume recorded. A basic or more detailed
report is issued on an annual basis together with a supporting
certificate. This enables our customers to make external reports
that can be clearly verified.
